1. Shipment Processing Time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery timelines for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, festive seasons, or courier partner delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly on our logistics partner's website.

4. Damages & Wrong Delivery
[crystalwears] is responsible for delivering your products safely. If you receive your order damaged, please take a photo or unboxing video of the damaged packaging and contact our support team immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will need them to process a replacement or refund for you.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure all your shipping details (Name, Address, Pincode/Zip code, and Phone Number) are correct before placing an order.

We are not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee may apply to reship the item.
